straight to the pallet. Not limited by a traditional turntable, the Robot S7 can wrap pallets of any shape, weight, length, and width, and up to 110” height. The S7 utilizes an infrared photocell to detect the skid height, eliminating false gap detection, then wraps the skid with the most efficient film use possible through its advanced reactive CUBE technology, reducing film use by 30-55%. This technology includes its patented S-pattern film threading, its precise multi-variable pre-stretch, and its brushless motorization. Following a completed wrap, the Robot S7 cuts the film with its Auto Film Cut. The 110” model includes a 3 year R-Connect plan, which monitors machine and film use to analyze and improve efficiency. Overall, the Robot S7 portable stretch wrapper eliminates the bottleneck caused by stationary stretch wrappers and accommodates itself to more variable skid sizes than a traditional wrapper.
