Description
The Eagle T500 is a fully automatic uniform case sealer and top flap folder, streamlining the box sealing process into one simple step. This folding and sealing system can be conveyor or operator fed, at which point the machine will automatically fold the top major and minor flaps. The side belt drive then feeds the case into the sealing system, which contains top and bottom tape heads which are easily adjustable to 2” or 3” tape. The T500 then seals the carton shut, using an efficient tape quantity. Overall, the Eagle T500 simplifies final product preparation by condensing top flap folding and case sealing into a single process, saving manual labor time and increasing consumable efficiency.
