Eagle 2000BWS Semi-Automatic Stretch Machine

Description

The Eagle 2000BWS offers the entire benefit package of the Eagle 2000B with the addition of an integrated scale system, allowing the loading, weighing, and wrapping of skids all in one streamlined process. Like the 2000B, the 2000BWS contains a powered 250% pre-stretch film carriage unit, maximizing film use and efficiency. It uses an infrared laser photo-eye to detect the skid height, then automatically adjusts the wrap height and the wrap carriage travel to the unique skid load. After completely wrapping the product, the turntable resets itself for pallet jack or forklift insertion. Overall, the Eagle 2000BWS optimizes cost-savings through its efficient film use and its shortening of the skid preparation process – weighing and wrapping in one simple step.
