The EdgeTec Inline L-Clip Uniform Case Sealer Single Head Unit is a versatile, uniform, semi-automatic case sealer designed to provide flexibility to the case sealing process. This L-Clip sealer unit contains one tape head, which can be configurable to three modes: leading and trailing L-Clip, which tapes 2″ down on verticals and 3″ on horizontals, full center seal, which tapes 2″ down on vertical sides, and bypass mode, which does not tape and allows the box to pass through the conveyor. Thus, the Inline L-Clip is an adjustable machine which can seal both RSC and non-RSC boxes, including five-panel folders, full overlap, telescoping, tuck fold, roll end tuck top, and custom boxes. This specific model is intended to serve as an end-of-line casesealer for small boxes, most properly suited for volumes with constant box sizes, although the height is adjustable with a simple crank mechanism.
