The NewAir I.B.Ⓡ Flex™ Inflatable Bubble Machine is a protective packaging system that fills carton space with cushioning inflatable bubble wrap. As opposed to traditional bubble wrap rolls, which take up significant floor space, the NewAir I.B. Flex occupies a minimal footprint of no more than six square feet. This machine inflates NewAir film, of which one roll equates to up to five rolls of traditional bubble wrap. The inflation process results in highly cushioning bubble, which is harder to pop as opposed to traditional bubble since it consists of a channel of air rather than one single bubble. However, note that this solution poses a risk to volumes that include very sharp objects, as popping will result in the deflation of the entire channel. The included winder rolls up the inflated bubble as it comes off the machine, and the included stand provides an ergonomic station at operator standing height. Overall, the NewAir I.B.Ⓡ Flex™ Inflatable Bubble Machine reduces the footprint of cushioning material, cuts down the quantity of necessary wrapping material, and thus increases process efficiency.
