Description

The ProPad Paper Cushioning Machine provides a sustainable alternative to plastic cushioning without sacrificing product protection. Capable of producing 150 pads per minute, the ProPad represents the fastest paper cushioning machine on the market, allowing you to significantly increase your fulfillment speeds. The machine is designed with an ergonomic bottom-loaderwhich allows the operator to easily change the material. The loaded two-ply paper is then crimped into a pad, which can be used for cushioning, wrapping, and blocking and bracing applications. The machine is controlled with an easy-to-use touch screen that can implement any of four operating modes: Manual, Endless, Auto Repeat, and Ordered, allowing the operator to customly outfit the machine to their production needs. The ProPad also represents one of the most sustainable cushioning solutions in the industry, as it uses paper made entirely from recycled material and utilizes a patented one-motor system designed to conserve energy and power consumption.
