Description

The AutoBag PS 125 OneStep Tabletop Automatic Bagger and Sealer with Printer is an automatic bagger that contains all the convenience of the PS 125, with the added benefit of a built-in PH 412 imprinter. This means that the OneStep automatically indexes the bags, which are then hand bagged, and then seals them using the Push-to-Seal function, a standard footswitch, or via automatic cycle control. The machine also features a simple, user-friendlydisplay, allowing the operator to manage operating parameters, job set-up, job storage, and on-board system diagnostics, just like the PS 125 base unit. However, the OneStep also contains a PH 412 imprinter and next-bag-out printing technology, allowing it to also print high resolution graphics, texts, and barcodes directly on the bag, thus eliminating the need for a separate labeling operation. This imprinter contains a tilt-back print head for easy maintenance, and the optional design software simplifies label creation. The PS 125 Onestep is most properly suited for low to medium volume operations with labeling needs, such as order fulfillments and ecommerce applications.
