Description

The 3M-Matic 7000r/7000r3 HS Pro Automatic Random Case Sealer is a high-speed case sealer which automatically adjusts to a wide variety of case heights and widths. The 7000r/7000r3 HS Pro implements photo eye detection to automatically adjust to variable case widths, while its precise electro-mechanical mechanism adjusts to variable case heights. Once adapted to the specific case size, this machine feeds the case through the taping system with top and bottom belt drives, ensuring optimal case alignment, then applies 2” or 3” wide tape to the case’s top and bottom seams with its AccuGlide tape heads. These AccuGlide tape heads provide low impact motion to protect even the most lightweight cases, while still optimizing efficiency, taping at up to 150 feet per minute. This machine is most properly suited for high-speed, high volume manufacturing or e-commerce fulfillment operations which seal multiple regularly slotted case sizes.
