Description
The 3M-Matic 8000a/8000a3 Semi-Automatic Uniform Case Sealer is a manually adjustable case sealer, with models to run either 2” or 3” wide tape. The 8000a/8000a3 feeds the case through the taping system with its spring-loaded side belt drives, providing high versatility with its ability to handle narrow case sizes. It then seals the case top and bottom with 2” or 3” wide tape, applied by the AccuGlide tape heads, which feature top flap compression rollers to create an optimal top seam and provide low impact motion to ensure proper case protection. With its side-mounted height adjustment handle and reference ruler, the height is easily adjustable to variable case heights, and the side guides are also adjustable to variable case widths. This machine is most properly suited for high-speed, high volume applications with regularly-slotted cases, in which the case size does not frequently change. Overall, the 3M-Matic 8000a/8000a3Semi-Automatic Uniform Case Sealer streamlines the case sealing process, providing an exceptional, high-speed solution to the most demanding operations.
