EdgeTec L-Clip Leading/Trailing Tape Head

Description

The EdgeTec L-Clip Leading/Trailing Tape Head is a versatile L-Clip taper which can either be mounted to the EdgeTec Inline Case Sealer or integrated to an existing conveyor system. The EdgeTec L-Clip Tape Head can be configured to three modes with the control box: leading and trailing L-Clip, which tapes 2” down on verticals and 3” on horizontals, full center seal, which tapes 2” down on vertical sides, and bypass mode, which allows the box to pass through the conveyor without taping. The L-Clip and Full Center Seal modes allow the tape head to seal both RSC style boxes and non-RSC style boxes, such as five-panel folders, full overlap, telescoping, tuck fold, roll end tuck top, and custom boxes. This tape head contains a mounting bracket and a box detector sensor, which allows it to be mounted in a conveyor system, then detect a box passing through and apply the selected taping style. It is recommended that this product is matched with the EdgeTec Inline L-Clip Case Sealer, which can accommodate up to 5 L-ClipTape Heads to create a custom taping system for your operation.
