Description
The 3M-Matic 7000r/7000r3 Pro Automatic Random Case Sealer automatically adjusts to a wide variety of case heights and widths, providing a flexible solution to case sealing. The 7000r/7000r3 Pro utilizes its photo eye detection system to automatically adjust to the case width through non-contact box detection, then uses its electrical-mechanical height adjustment system to adjust to the case height. After adjusting to the specific case size, the machine feeds the case through the taping system with top and bottom belt drives, ensuring proper case alignment, then seals the case top and bottom with 2” or 3” wide tape using its AccuGlide tape heads. These low impact tape heads provide sensitive application, protecting small and lightweight cases. This machine is most properly suited for medium to high volumes of regularly slotted cases, in which mixed case sizes are common.
