Description
The Eagle 1000B Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper features a 250% pre-stretch powered film carriage unit, optimizing film efficiency. It contains a photo-eye which automatically detects the load dimensions, and also automatically adjusts the carriage travel for minimal user interaction. Upon wrapping completion, the turntable resets to properly orient itself for pallet jack or forklift insertion. Overall, the Eagle 1000B increases film use with highly efficient wrapping and minimizes monotonous labor time through automation.
However, note that the feature photo-eye does not detect black products or metal drums, so please contact one of our packaging specialists for additional offerings if you work with such loads.
