Description

The Southworth PalletPal 360 Spring Pallet Positioner is an ergonomic pallet handling system designed to promote operator safety and longevity when loading and unloading pallets. The PalletPal 360 Spring is a simple, automatic load leveler that uses a system of springs and shock absorbers to raise or lower pallets as boxes are removed or added, eliminating harmful bending and lifting. This pallet positioner features a fully rotating 360˚ turntable, allowing nearside loading and unloading and preventing unnecessary walking around the pallet. It also contains all its components underneath the diameter of the turntable, eliminating reach-over zones and thus allowing the operator to access the pallet load from any position without having to avoid protrusions. Finally, the PalletPal 360 requires no air nor electricity, and its fork pockets allow a forklift to easily relocate it, making this a versatile and portable machine.
