The InstapakⓇ SpeedyPacker Foam-In-Bag System protects your products through expanding foam technology, providing a sustainable and customizable solution to product cushioning. The machine combines a programmable amount of A and B chemical components in a chosen bag size, which, upon combination, form foam which expands up to 280 times its liquid volume. This expansion means that you can place this bag next to or under your product and it will expand around it within seconds to provide a custom-fit protective foam cushion to absorb shock and vibrations. These custom-shaped foam cushions ensure optimal box size and dimensional weight by fitting themselves to the product. This machine is best suited for high volume operations.
