Process Analysis and Project Development

Here at PakGizmo, we do not simply provide a transactional product – we provide decades of industry expertise, ready for your disposal, and a packaging partnership we hope will extend far beyond an order.

Rather than merely equipping you with a machine, we will equip you with the right machine, customized to your specific operation. Our designated team will analyze your current packaging operation, either through a virtual or an on-site meeting, and create a personal plan centered on a complete understanding of your process, your company, and your goals.

On-Site & Virtual Installations

Once we have equipped you with the right machine for your operation, we offer on-site and virtual installation to ensure a seamless integration. Our trained technical team in our eight nation-wide facilities will travel to any location in the United States within two transit days, and assist in installing your machine. For simpler installations, our technicians will also connect with your team through Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime, and provide virtual support to guide you through your installation.

On-Site & Virtual Employee Training

In addition to our on-site and virtual installations, we also offer on-site and virtual employee training. Our expert technicians will work with and train your employees, providing a deep understanding of the machinery and opening the door to in-house maintenance to reduce machine downtime. We will work with your team to coach, support, and educate on both how and why we automate.

Support, Maintenance & Repairs

In the event that you need assistance with your machinery, our technicians are on standby to help in any way that we can. Whether through a technical phone call, parts replacements, or on-site maintenance and repairs, our team is dedicated towards getting your automation running as efficiently and error-free as possible.

We also offer in-house maintenance and repairs on most WAT dispensers, in which we will service your machine in our dedicated workshop. Our aim is to minimize your machine downtime so your productivity is never limited.

Vendor Managed Inventory

Finally, we provide vendor managed inventory services, in which a member of our team will travel to your facility and check your inventory levels. We will then work with you to monitor, manage, and replenish your consumables, optimizing your team’s time and ensuring that you always have the proper resources to run your packaging operation.
