Shipping, Returns, & Warranty Policies

Shipping Methods

Our shipping method varies based on product size and weight. We ship small products using UPS delivery services, while freight carriers will be used when large or heavy products exceed UPS delivery options. Freight carrier shipments require that you have a loading dock and a forklift at your facility or residence to receive pallet delivery, or that you otherwise identify liftgate services at the point of checkout. You are responsible for all loading costs and for providing reasonable equipment and labor for receiving your product. 

Freight carriers require a valid phone number to confirm delivery location and availability to receive the delivery. Not providing a valid phone number may result in a delayed or failed delivery, which could result in redelivery or storage fees.

All freight orders are F.O.B shipping points, meaning that the sales transaction is completed at the time of pick-up by the freight company. You are responsible from the point of pick-up for any unsuccessful or delayed delivery fees.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping and handling charges vary by item quantity and weight as well as shipping region and are subject to change without notice. Estimated shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders based on shipping rate changes and to update inaccurate shipping information past the point of purchase. Remember that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please contact the freight carrier regarding order tracking, or contact us at customer.service@paksouth.com and we will make every effort to provide updated shipping information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PakGizmo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns

All purchases are final, and no refunds or returns are accepted. However, we aim to be flexible at PakGizmo, and, in rare instances, and at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to accept returns, and provide store credit or direct refund to the original payment method. In these instances, the customer holds all responsibility to cover return shipping costs and associated fees.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

PakGizmo provides, to the extent permitted, any manufacturer’s warranty which may still exist on the purchased product. However, PakGizmo makes no assurance or guarantee of the availability, applicability, or duration of the manufacturer’s warranty, although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure proper warranty transfer. PakGizmo makes no warranty whatsoever and disclaims all express and implied warranties of any sort.
