The Meler SF Series Hot Melt Tanks are simple, accessible, high-speed melters designed with the operator’s ease-of-use as the keystone priority. These “plug and play” units are intended to simply be plugged in and used, while still maintaining all the required and most demanded characteristics for simple adhesive applications. Such characteristics include simple access to the tank’s interior and electrical components for easy maintenance, a high-quality tank with non-stick materials, constant pump glue flow, and stable adjustment of system pressure. The smaller SF4 is most properly suited for manual applications, while the larger SF10 and SF20 are designed for both manual and semi-automatic applications and for control production lines. Overall, the Meler SF Series Hot Melt Tanks are easily-implementable melters which can be simply integrated into your current operation, featuring a compact and maintenance-friendly design.
